  first time i visited the salon the lady was lovely and helpful (i was only there to get some asap products however after this incounter i was needing a new hairdresser after relocating to beerwah ... i thought BINGO!!!) so a few weeks later i went for some foils. full head average pricing, ok still not too bad the photo i showed i was told it would be too easy... later on at the basin another one of the hairdressers came over to tell me it would take a few times becasue its foils. OK i thought not what i was origionally told but two times fair enough i was going alot lighter(from a dark blonde). Once finished another lady came over to convince me it was good (not anything like what i wanted thou :S) so i thought id give it a few days... a week later i went back in they said it would be another full head of foils to FIX it and i said if she could do it closer to the scalp as it looked like 2month old regrowth (and my hair grows slow!) even a different lady that was on this day said "that wasnt done here and no way was it a week ago when it was done"... anyway silly me gave it another shot (stil paying full price) when she finished yeah it looked BETTER still not what i wanted. went home and parted it how i usually do and it was shocking the same as after the first time(when blowed dried off it was this time parted in the middle). so i went back to see if i could get a refund or part refund by this stage i had spent well over $300... no i got laughted at. the manager wasnt in and the lady said "were not here to hold you down, if you can find somewhere better then your free to go there." needless to say i went home and cried not only is my hair stuffed up and i need to go else where to get it fixed i was made fun of and be littled by one of the staff. every dissapointing! trying to keep the money in this nice little town but with poor customer service i will be definatly going else where and finding out what they do if its not what im after.

  Thanks to Dana, Vicki and Brooke for the wonderful pampering! I've been a client now for 14 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. A team of skilled hair and beauty professionals who are delightful, genuinely interested in their clients and great communicators. Never heard anything but glowing reports from others who go there too! See you in 6 weeks, ladies :)

  They also have a reward points system which allows you to cash in points once you reach a certain balance for free treatments (which is a bonus).

  Some treatments I attend for are waxing, eyelash tinting, eyebrow tinting, pedicure, manicure, acrylic/gel nails, facials and have also had a series of microderm treatments so I would consider that I have experienced enough treatments to leave a quality review of this salon.

  Was supposed to get my eyebrows tieded up 2 days before my wedding, ended up with half of them taken out and different shape with a hole in the other one, don't recommend unless you want to look like someone from 1995.
