  We chose Dan Clarke to sell my parents home, they had a time frame to work with as they were building their new home. The property was on the market for 6 days! and Dan had 3 offers, 2 of which were over and above the price they would have been happy to accept. He even negotiated a longer settlement so the move would be less stressful for my elderly parents. Dan has proven he works with the vendors best interest at heart with the end price being $25,000 above list price, and ALL IN 6 DAYS! A huge thanks to Dan and the team at First National Beerwah for making what can be a stressful time an enjoyable experience. I would happily recommend Dan to anyone who is thinking of selling, as i am sure his service will exceed all expectations as it has ours. My parents are forever grateful.

  My wife and I were looking for quite a long time to purchase a property on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Over a period of about six weeks several properties came onto the market that met most of our requirements. Of all the agents we dealt with we found Aaron and his team at First National Beerwah to be the most professional and helpful. As we were living in Darwin at the time we had to put a lot of faith in our agent and we were not disappointed. After purchasing a terrific property through Aaron we put it in the hands of his Property Management team. We could not have been happier with the service and support they provided, particularly Nicole. We have now relocated from Darwin to the Hinterland and refer all our friends who are looking for property or property managers to Aaron and his team.

  We lived in North Queensland at the time and had contacted so many real estates all over the sunshine coast. Aaron was the only agent that returned phone calls, followed up, and actually listened. It got to the point that we wouldn't look if Aaron wasn't able to show it to us. We just knew that if Aaron wasn't calling the shots we were in for headaches.
